Artemis Appoints New Managing Director

Artemis has announced the appointment of a new Managing Director in light of the resignation yesterday of Dr. Carsten Kotas. We are proud to announce Dr. Fabiola Allmendinger has been appointed as our new Acting Managing Director.

The shareholders of Artemis Alternative Assets met today and took note of the decision of Dr. Carsten Kotas to resign as Managing Director. The shareholders then resolved to confer the powers needed to ensure management and operational continuity on the new managing director, Dr. Fabiola Allmendinger. The shareholders would like to thank Carsten for his professional and successful work with Artemis. Carsten will remain majority shareholder of the company.

As at Februray 28, 2007, the company's name will be changed to Picton Media GmbH.
